RA Aircheck – Sevenrock theme James Gang – Funk #49 and vocoder

Friday nights from 1985 – 1987 Bill Riner hosted 3 hours of Rock videos on Seven rock a weekly simulcast with BTQ Channel 7 Brisbane  with the stereo sound on FM 104.

The theme was James Gang Funk #49 a guitar based rock tune from Joe Walshs 70’s band the song was never played on Australian radio but it did reach number 59 on the US Album charts in 1970.

The song has been available for download for the game Rockband since December 30, 2008.
